Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Home Care Employee to provide personalised support for older clients in their own homes across Fairfield, Wetherill Park and surrounding suburbs. The role requires at least 12 months' aged care experience and a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
You will assist with meals, transport, personal care, medication support and domestic tasks, working across at least three weekdays with a minimum 20 hours per fortnight.
