The Role
Make a Difference in Your Local Community
We're seeking caring and reliable support workers to help older people stay independent and connected in their own homes across Moama and surrounding areas.
- Permanent part-time role (20 hours per fortnight) With potential to increase based on demand and availability
- Flexible shifts

A minimum of 3 days availability is required, with days and hours tailored to client needs. Join a team that's making a positive impact every day.
Your role will include:
- Meal assistance, including shopping, meal preparation and help with eating
- Transport and accompaniment, including shopping trips and appointments
- Social support & activities, including outings and social activities.
- Personal care, showering, and bathing, general self-care duties
- Domestic assistance, light household cleaning.
- Medication assistance

- Certificate III in Aged or Individual Support, or AIN qualifications -essential
- Someone with Medication Competency is highly preferred
- Compassionate interpersonal skills and an empathy with older people
- Current driver's license and car with full comprehensive insurance
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis using your own vehicle.
- Time management skills
- Reliable and trustworthy – our clients are dependent on you.
- Ability to work with minimal to no supervision
- Proven Aged Care or NDIS services background
- Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working independently and remotely in customers' homes and in the local community.
