Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT – Lavington NSW is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Lavington team on a permanent part-time basis with night shifts.
You will deliver high-quality resident care and support the clinical team in a respectful, person-centred approach.
In this role, you'll conduct assessments, develop and review care plans, document meticulously, and participate in care plan reviews while maintaining compliance with SCC policies.
