South32 is seeking an Electrician (Fixed Plant) for a permanent position on a 7:7 rotating roster (dayshift/nightshift). The role is FIFO from Brisbane, Townsville and Cairns, or DIDO from Mount Isa, Cloncurry and McKinlay shires, to maintain surface electrical infrastructure in the concentrator processing plant.
You will ensure equipment reliability and safety, perform preventative and reactive electrical work, and work with SCADA/PLC systems, 1SAP, and instrumentation to support the plant.
