In this role, you will design, implement and evaluate a variety of personalised recreational, diversional, and social activities, working collaboratively with nursing staff to enhance the lives of long-term residents. You will understand the Aged Care Standards and be an important part of the team advocating for resident dignity and choice.

Servicing a catchment population of almost 14,000, Westhaven is a small residential aged care facility where care is provided in a family-like environment within the broader Roma community.
