South West Healthcare in Warrnambool is seeking a Grade 1 Dietitian to join the Nutrition and Dietetics team in a permanent part-time role (32 hours per fortnight). You will help deliver evidence-based nutrition care across inpatient, outpatient and community settings while enjoying ongoing support and development.
You will conduct nutritional assessments, develop management plans, document clinically, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
