South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a dedicated Surgical Liaison Nurse to join our Planned Surgery Unit in Warrnambool. You will coordinate and support consumers throughout their elective surgery journey, delivering a seamless, person-centred experience from preadmission through to surgery and post-operative care.
Working with surgeons, anaesthetists, theatre teams and other colleagues, you will provide specialist nursing expertise, coordinate care, and help optimise planned surgery outcomes.
