Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Parts Advising carries out a range of duties related to selling Toyota Spare Parts, this includes:
- Identifying parts and components
- Carrying out storage and stock control procedures
- Customer advice
- Receiving and filling orders for parts
- Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support
- Preparing quotes for all workshop vehicles in a timely manner
