Sunshine Coast Radiology is seeking a capable 2IC Booking Centre Manager to help lead our Booking Centre. This role will focus on coaching Booking Agents, maintaining service standards and driving continuous improvement in patient experience.
You will work alongside the Booking Centre Manager to support daily operations, onboarding, and performance coaching while ensuring high-quality patient scheduling and communications across our practice network.
