This hands-on role combines hospitality leadership with a sales mindset, overseeing day-to-day cellar door operations, training staff and ensuring an exceptional visitor experience across cellar door, restaurant and on-site accommodation.
You will coordinate tastings, manage stock and POS, and work with a small team to convert visits into memberships and orders.
