Soul Origin is seeking a dedicated Training professional to deliver Franchise Partner training across FOH, supervisor and management areas. You will travel interstate regularly, partner with BOH and coffee teams, and help grow our Franchise Partner network.
You will design training plans, run induction days and workshops, certify training stores, and support events while maintaining current materials. A proactive leader with strong communication is essential.
