SOPO Consulting seeks a hands-on Trade Recruitment Specialist to own the end-to-end process, from sourcing to placement of trades on multiple live projects. This role is site-facing and closely tied to project delivery, not an HR admin position, with direct accountability to the Construction Manager and General Manager.
You will build labour pipelines, explore international and diverse trade pools, and manage labour hire relationships and costs while elevating standards.
