Sonoma Baking Company is looking for reliable and enthusiastic Packers to join our busy Sydney bakery team. About the role
As a Bakery Packer, you’ll help ensure our freshly baked products are prepared and packed to meet customer orders and daily production requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Slicing and packing freshly baked bread.
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
- Maintaining quality, hygiene, food safety and workplace safety standards.
- Working collaboratively with different teams across the bakery.
- Assisting with other day-to-day bakery tasks as required.
Afternoon/evening shift: 4:00 pm - 12:00 am. Employment types include full-time, part-time and casual, with opportunities depending on business needs.
About you
- Reliable, motivated and a positive team player.
- Comfortable with hands-on work in a busy bakery environment.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Willing to learn and help wherever needed.
- Able to safely handle products and materials weighing up to 15 kg.
- Previous packing, bakery or warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
