Your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality coaching across our strength, hybrid and conditioning sessions, ensuring every member receives individual attention within a group training environment.
We want coaches who can do more than demonstrate exercises and motivate a room. You need to understand movement, recognise technical faults, communicate effectively and help members progress over time.
