What we offer:
- $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time new hires starting in October 2026 or November 2026*
- Base salary ranges from $80,500 - $85,000 + Super
- Complimentary meal on shift

What you will bring:
- Previous experience in a management role within hospitality
- Current RSA, ARCG and RCG certifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
- A hands-on, community-first approach to service and guest experience
- Excellent communication skills and a calm head under pressure
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
*Sign-on bonus applies to full-time Assistant Manager appointments commencing in October 2026 or November 2026. Terms apply.
This role requires completion of a National Police Check as part of our Employee Due Diligence process.
