Situated in Fairfield East, Yennora Oasis Hotel has long been part of the local community and we are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. THE ROLE
As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations - leading your team on shift, driving service standards, managing compliance and gaming obligations, and creating a great experience for every guest who walks through the door.
What you will bring:
- Previous experience in a management role within hospitality
- Current RSA, ARCG and RCG certifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
- A hands‑on, community‑first approach to service and guest experience
- Excellent communication skills and a calm head under pressure
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
