Requirements
- 2–4 years' PQE gained at a leading Australian, UK, U.S. or international law firm.
- Strong Corporate M&A experience, including public and/or private transactions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and project management skills.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- A commercial mindset and the ability to build strong client relationships.
