Somerset College is seeking an outstanding educator and leader to join our Performing Arts Team as Head of Drama.
This Position of Added Responsibility (PAR) offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing Drama Faculty, shape innovative teaching and learning programs, and create exceptional performing arts experiences for students.
As Head of Drama, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across curriculum, pedagogy, staff development and co-curriculum activities. Working collaboratively with colleagues, students, parents and the wider community, you will drive excellence in Drama education while overseeing the College's flagship drama productions and performance opportunities.
