THE OPPORTUNITY
Somerset College is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Junior School to join our Junior School team, on afull time (Monday to Friday), school term-time basis.
This role is central to the smooth day-to-day operation of the Junior School, providing reception, attendance, data management and general administrative support to staff, students and families.
As the first point of contact for visitors, parents and other stakeholders, you will deliver professional and welcoming customer service while ensuring administrative processes are managed efficiently and accurately.
Reporting to the Head of Junior School, you will play an important role in supporting communication, attendance administration and broader school operations.
