Formerly the Carousel Inn, The Woodstock has been reimagined as a major hospitality destination in Western Sydney — a place locals come to eat, drink, celebrate and connect. This expansive, multi-faceted venue offers a diverse mix of experiences under one roof. From relaxed dining in the family-friendly bistro to a high-energy sports bar, a premium VIP gaming room, a thriving bottleshop and a 250-seat event centre, Woodstock caters to every occasion, from everyday catch-ups to milestone celebrations and large community events. The bistro is driven by a food philosophy of generosity, flavour and flexibility. Mediterranean-inspired pub classics lead the menu, with a strong focus on woodfired pizzas, grilled meats and large-format share dishes designed for families and groups.

We are on the hunt for a seasoned Assistant Manager who loves engaging with their local community to drive business success and guest experience at The Woodstock!

The ideal candidate will be passionate about great food and have a genuine interest in creative, well executed beverages that enhance the guest experience with a background working as an Assistant Manager for some of Sydney’s most reputable pubs!
