About the role
We have an exciting full-time opportunity available for a Landscape Construction Tradesperson to join and lead the team! If you like high-quality work and want to be part of a supportive and dynamic team working on high-profile sites across Sydney, this is the opportunity for you!
Work includes:
- Execute landscape construction (both hardscape and softscape) projects from start to finish
- Manage projects to be on budget, on time, and of high quality
- Assist with quoting works
- Manage relationships with clients on site where required
- Ensure that all staff have adequate tools to carry out works
- Ensure all staff have correct uniforms and PPE
- Leading/instructing other team members to complete landscaping tasks
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to encourage skill development
