Hospitality General Services Officer
$28.04 + $7.01 casual loading
- Petersham
- 7-day rotation roster between 6am to 9pm
Medirest provides specialist food, hospitality and support services to residents and patients in hospitals and senior living facilities. This is a multi-faceted role which includes cleaning duties and some cleaning/catering duties.
THE POSITION
- Day to day food preparation using your knowledge of food allergens
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our customers
- Clean premises and equipment, including clinical and non-clinical areas
- Comply with infection control policies and procedures in a healthcare environment
THE PERSON
- Good communication skills and ability to work unsupervised
- Strong work ethic with a willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team
- Well-presented and good communication skills
- NPC: Willing to obtain a national police clearance and show evidence of COVID vaccinations
