Duties
- Attending to all customer phone and email enquiries. Leads supplied.
- Following up all leads by making initial contact with prospective customers and conduct site visits where relevant.
- Preparing quotes and presenting solutions to customers.
• Educating customers on the benefits of solar and making the sale!
- Uphold values of the Solargain business in providing ethical & responsible solutions with a strong focus on customer service & the values of people.
Skills & Experience
- A positive and "can do" attitude.
- A general enthusiasm for Sustainable and Renewable Energy.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Great telephone and in person manner with a strong focus on customer service,
- A self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude to reaching and exceeding targets.
Requirements
- Successful applicants will hold a current police clearance or be able to provide one within one month of commencing employment.
