Sodexo Balcatta is seeking a confident Service Centre Team Leader to join our Command Centre at the Regional Support Centre in Balcatta. The role leads a multi-system, multi-contract team delivering exceptional service from request to work order completion.
This permanent, full-time position offers 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with rostering support for 24/7 operations. You'll coach, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across contracts.
