Sodexo is seeking an experienced HSE Lead for a six-month max-term position to lead HSE performance across our Queensland team.
The role reports to the HSE Lead (East) and focuses on health, safety and environmental objectives, compliance, and continuous improvement on-site and with clients.
You'll guide operational teams, coach site managers, mentor HSE Advisors on FIFO rosters, conduct audits and risk assessments, and act as a trusted advisor on HSE matters.
