Social Futures is seeking a Program Worker to join the Aboriginal Homelessness team across Tweed Heads, Ballina and Lismore. This is a full-time fixed-term role focused on delivering holistic, client-centred housing support and community engagement.
You will work closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, partners and service providers to help people access housing pathways, maintain safety and improve wellbeing within a strengths-based framework.
