Antiochian Care Limited is recruiting full-time registered nurses for a state-of-the-art aged care facility (St Nicholas Seniors Care Centre) in Punchbowl. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate and motivated Registered Nurses to join our Residential Care team, supporting the Inner West region and the Antiochian Orthodox community.
As a successful candidate, you will deliver efficient clinical nursing care that promotes individual capacity, resilience, self-determination, social engagement, and quality of life for both residents and their loved ones.
Selection Criteria:
- Passion to work in aged care.
- Minimum of 3 years nursing experience in residential aged care.
- Previous experience in the supervision of support-level staff is desirable.
- Highly adaptable, empathic, resourceful, and able to live Antiochian Care's values of 'Preciousness of Life, Compassion, Dignity, and Respect.'
- Dedicated to contemporary aged care nursing practice.
- Relevant ANMAC-approved nursing qualification with current unrestricted/unconditional AHPRA registration.
