Qualification & experience
Skills Required: Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role. Strong customer service and communication skills in retail. Demonstrated leadership in supervising and motivating teams.
Competent in developing and executing sales and marketing plans. Proficiency in budgeting and financial record-keeping. Knowledge of operations and inventory systems.
