Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the fast-food outlet.
- Supervise, train, and support kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Allocate duties, prepare staff rosters, and monitor staff performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer enquiries or complaints.
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, portion control, and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety, and company procedures.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and liaise with suppliers as required.
- Control wastage and assist with monitoring food and operating costs.
- Maintain appropriate records relating to sales, stock, staff, and daily operations.
- Coordinate opening and closing procedures and ensure the premises are maintained to a high standard.
- Assist with implementing operational procedures and improving store efficiency.
- Ensure staff follow established recipes, preparation methods, service procedures, and workplace policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality, business management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing or supervising a fast-food, retail business.
- Strong knowledge of customer service standards.
- Experience supervising and coordinating staff in a busy hospitality environment.
- Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage stock, ordering, wastage, and day-to-day operational requirements.
- Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining quality standards.
