Geoinventions Consulting Services Pty Ltd promotes safe behaviours and leads by example on matters of health, safety and wellbeing, ensuring all legislative, regulatory, CoP and Australian Standard requirements are met.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing engineering scope of work and brainstorming with at least one director and geotechnical engineer.
- Assisting directors with preparing project costings for quotations to clients.
- Maintaining ongoing communications with clients and project team throughout the design process.
- Promoting risk analysis on projects and conducting Safety in Design risk assessments for each project.
- Delegating tasks to the project team and providing coordination and mentoring during this project phase.
- Ensuring accuracy of the design by the project team prior to final review by the technical director.
- Ensuring accuracy of “For Construction” drawings before final issue to clients.
- Preparing designs and costings for clients where required.
- Managing external engineers or subcontractors where required on the project to achieve project deliverables.
- Producing design process documentation on time for final review by the technical director.
- Inspecting construction through site visits to ensure construction is in line with design requirements.
- Writing at least one technical paper every two years for international or local conferences.
- Submitting customer satisfaction reports and reporting in management meetings.
