Salary: $80,000 per annum plus superannuation About the role As a Beauty Therapist, you will provide a range of beauty and skincare services tailored to client needs.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming and professional salon environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients about their treatment needs, skin condition, preferences, suitability and aftercare.
- Apply, maintain and safely remove classic, volume and hybrid eyelash extensions.
- Perform eyebrow shaping, waxing, tinting and other relevant brow treatments.
- Provide facial treatments, cleansing, exfoliation and appropriate skincare services.
- Perform facial and body waxing using appropriate techniques.
- Advise clients on treatment options, skincare products and aftercare.
- Maintain accurate client consultations, treatment and appointment records.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain hygiene, infection control and workplace safety standards.
- Monitor treatment supplies and assist with stock and salon operations.
- Deliver professional, consistent service and handle client enquiries.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (or at least five years of relevant experience).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in beauty treatments.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in providing Eyelash Extensions – Classic, Volume and hybrid sets (essential).
- Practical experience in classic, volume and hybrid eyelash extensions, facials, waxing and brow treatments.
- Advanced skincare treatments, salon retail products and experience in a busy commercial salon are preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and ability to build strong client relationships.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality treatments.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Knowledge of hygiene, infection control and client safety.
