Fase Pty Ltd T/A Beekeeping Gear is seeking a full-time Supply & Distribution Manager to operate and become a part of their team at 13 Logandowns Dr, Meadowbrook QLD 4131. The company was established in 2016 with a mission to provide the highest quality Beekeeping Suits and source the best materials for all bee workers around the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and meet company objectives.
- Determining, implementing, and monitoring all purchasing, storage, and distribution strategies and policies to adjust supply chain strategies accordingly.
- Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with global suppliers, local distributors, and freight/logistics partners to meet tight quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Monitoring and reviewing storage and inventory systems to meet supply requirements and control stock levels.
- Operating recording systems to track all movements of supplies and finished goods, and ensuring re-ordering and re-stocking at optimal times.
- Liaising with other departments and customers concerning requirements for outward goods and associated forwarding transportation.
- Overseeing the recording of purchase, storage and distribution transactions.
- Leading, mentoring, and training the supply chain and distribution team to enhance their performance.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Preparing and presenting supply chain reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all supply chain activities.
