We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beauty Therapist to join our team at The Trustee for AGR Family Trust T/A Glow N Glow, located at Shop 15/400 Stafford Road QLD 4053 (Stafford City Shopping Centre). Known for delivering high-quality beauty treatments, personalised client care, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Key Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Discussing client needs, analysing skin characteristics and advising on suitable skin care, treatments and application of make-up
- Applying general cosmetic and corrective make-up
- Performing facial and body treatments such as massages
- Performing IPL and HydraFacial treatments and applying suitable products according to each client's skin type and needs
- Treating unwanted hair through waxing, bleaching, tinting, depilation and electrolysis
- Evaluating beauty therapy processes and products
- Receiving bookings, arranging appointments and maintaining client records
- Providing advice on and selling cosmetic products
Skills and Experience:
- 1–2 years of demonstrated experience delivering professional beauty therapy services
- Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, and product ranges
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and a positive, client-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
