We're looking for a Venue Manager to lead Soak Bathhouse Bondi Junction - someone who sets the tone, builds a happy, high-performing team and makes every visit the best part of a guest's day.

Soak Bathhouse Bondi Junction is a much-loved venue with a loyal community of guests. You'll step in to lead the team, raise the bar and take the venue to its next level.

THE ROLE

This isn't a role for someone looking to keep the seat warm. As Venue Manager, you're the leader of the Soak experience at Bondi Junction - visible on the floor, connected to your guests and team, and ready to step into the operation whenever it's needed. We don't lead from the office.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Create Happy Guests: Set the standard for how every guest is welcomed, cared for and farewelled, from hello to goodbye.
• Build a Happy Team: Recruit, lead, coach and develop a team that lives the Soak Spirit and knows what great looks like.
• Run a Brilliant Venue: Keep the bathhouse immaculate, organised and flowing - bookings, massage operations, rostering, stock, suppliers and systems.
• Deliver the Numbers: Own revenue, labour, memberships and guest satisfaction, and coach your team to grow them authentically.
• Keep Soak Safe: Lead health, safety, water quality and compliance. Safety always.

WHO YOU ARE

We're less interested in exactly where you've worked and more interested in what you've led and what you've achieved. You'll bring:

• Proven experience leading teams in hospitality, hotels, spas, wellness, fitness, retail or another high-quality guest-facing environment
• A genuine love of people, wellness and creating memorable guest experiences
• The ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable - with warmth
• Commercial awareness and confidence working to revenue, labour and performance targets
• Strong organisation and a calm head in a busy, fast-moving venue
• Confidence with booking and rostering systems (Zenoti and Tanda experience a bonus)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain it
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, school holidays and public holidays
