As a Sales Assistant at our Chadstone store, you’ll play a key role in delivering unforgettable customer experiences and contributing to the store’s ongoing success. This position offers approximately 30 hours per week, 4-5 days per week, some weekend work, and public holidays.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Building rapport and establishing relationships with customers
- Providing customers with expert sleep solutions
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect Snooze’s brand
- Merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor
- Championing store presentation and operational standards
You already come with the following:
- Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred, but not essential
- Natural relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude, energy, and the ability to inspire others
- Ability to collaborate with your team to hit targets and achieve store goals
- Physically able to walk the floor and safely lift or move stock when required
- Adept with computer skills (experience with Pronto an advantage)
