What Your Week Will Look Like
Carrying out regular outreach and building trust in the local community
Building local business relationships
Sales, Hitting KPIs and helping membership growth
Member service calls and follow-ups
Building a strong, positive club culture
Keeping the club clean, professional and inviting
EXPECTATIONS:
You're a natural people person who loves to connect
Confident, outgoing and comfortable in a sales role
Actions speak louder than words: Be able to achieve results measured via KPI’s
You're confident in front of the camera and active on social media
Have a passion for fitness and helping people change their lives
Reliable, punctual and professional
Works well in a team and group settings
Preferred Qualifications
Sales experience (within the fitness industry will be highly regarded)
Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or higher).
Appropriate police & working with children check (or able to obtain one)
