You will lead from the front, inspire your team, and ensure every member feels welcome and supported in their health and fitness journey. Key responsibilities
- Welcome potential and existing members with warmth and enthusiasm
- Lead and motivate a team of employees and contract personal trainers
- Drive sales and achieve KPIs to ensure club success
- Generate new leads through community outreach and social media
