Smith Street Alimentari is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our busy front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Based at our vibrant Smith Street venue, you will run service across breakfast and lunch, manage rosters, train staff and collaborate closely with kitchen and owners to maintain high standards of service and food presentation.
