Key Responsibilities:
- Handle advanced technical escalations from L1 & L2 teams
- Design and implement server, cloud, and network infrastructure
- Manage Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
- Lead cybersecurity implementations and risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee disaster recovery and backup solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
- Ensure compliance and best-practice IT governance
Required Skills:
- Advanced networking (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs)
- Cybersecurity frameworks & compliance knowledge
- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
