Viva Energy Retail is seeking a Leasing Asset Manager to drive income, occupancy and asset value across leased assets. Reporting to the Head of Property, you will lead leasing strategy, negotiations and portfolio performance, ensuring sub-tenancies contribute positively to site economics and network performance.
Two open roles may be based out of NSW, VIC or SA. You will provide structured leasing oversight, including lease negotiations, vacancy management, rent reviews and landlord.
