What your role could look like:

  • You’ll work with a varied community caseload across Aged Care, NDIS (all age groups) and community settings, with the opportunity to develop areas of clinical interest and expertise.

We value clinical judgement and trust our senior clinicians to work autonomously. You’ll have input into the type of work you take on, develop your areas of expertise and have a genuine voice in your role.

What you get:

  • $80,000–$135,000 per annum (Based on experience)
  • Access to strong bonus structure to be rewarded for your time
  • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
  • Ability to determine your own billable hour target

  • Clinical supervision and peer mentoring
  • Dedicated administrative support from clinicians to reduce your non-clinical workload
  • Support from a multidisciplinary team of OT, Physio, Speech Pathology, Exercise Physiology clinicians and medical doctor
  • Opportunities to mentor, lead and develop as the business grows
  • Full-time or part-time or contract options — tell us what works for you
