We're looking for a Soft Landscapes Specialist who can complete the Soft Landscape component of projects to join our team, working across our Build and Maintain divisions. You'll bring solid, hands-on experience in soft landscaping and project completion, and take the lead on smoothly transitioning finished projects — and their clients — into ongoing maintenance care.

Solid, hands-on background in horticulture, landscaping, or professional gardening
Formal qualifications are a bonus — proven experience matters more
Capable of completing soft landscape aspects of high-quality construction builds
Confident managing the handover and transition of clients into ongoing maintenance
Adaptable and comfortable with varied physical work
Self-directed — able to spot what needs doing and take initiative
Positive, reliable, good communicator, team-oriented
A valid driver's license
