We’re hiring a hands-on Restaurant Manager who gets results on the floor.

- People: The ability to recruit and train professional hospitality people who value service, sales, organisation & teamwork.
- Reliably increase revenue: Through menu, service and sales training.
- Service: Old-school service standards where looking after customers is the number one imperative.
- Standards: Cleanliness, organisation and admin that all form the foundations of your work and that of your team, being planned and executed with consistent precision.
- Cost control: A thorough understanding and functional ability to manage COGS and wage cost like a pro.
The role:
- Lead the floor and the FOH team during service.
- Hire, train and hold the team to standard.
- Drive sales & guest numbers with the way you operate.
- Keep the venue clean, organised and admin all the time.
- Protect wage % and COGS every shift.
