Key responsibilities
Determining menu offerings, stock levels and customer service standards
Developing and implementing purchasing, promotional and marketing strategies, including menu pricing
Promoting the cafe's food, beverages and services to attract customers and increase sales
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers
Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, supplier orders, and sales
Managing budgets, monitoring expenditure and overseeing the businesses financial performance
Recruiting, training, supervising and supporting staff to ensure efficient cafe operations and high service standards
Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, food safety regulations and relevant hospitality standards
