Are you an Audiologist looking to move away from corporate KPIs? Do you want to genuinely help clients reconnect with life through education, science, and care, not product pushing?
Join a thriving independent practice with a focus on cognitive health, public education, and community connection.
Why Join Us?
- Independent & Ethical: 93% of hearing clinics are owned by large overseas hearing aid manufacturers. We're not one of them.
- Purpose-Driven: We focus on hearing loss and its links to cognitive decline, the most significant modifiable risk factor for dementia.
- Real Impact: Our seminars attract 50+ attendees through targeted campaigns. Of those, 55–88% take the next step in their hearing health journey.
- Specialist Centres: Dedicated clinics with professional reception, modern equipment, and a focus on personalised care.
- Career Pathway: After 12 months of strong performance and cultural fit, equity/ownership opportunities may become available.

- Work Days: 4–5 days per week (flexible)
