Slater and Gordon Lawyers is seeking a Client Services Consultant to join the National Client Care team's Outbound Call Centre in Ringwood.
The role offers casual and full-time positions with 9:00am–5:00pm hours and at least three days Mon–Thu, including Mon and Tue.
You will generate appointments for lawyers, manage client inquiries, and provide exceptional service across inbound and outbound calls.
Training is provided; prior legal experience is not required.
