  • Develop tailored legal strategies to achieve strong commercial and client outcomes
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, referrers, and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and community engagement
  • Work collaboratively within a high performing and supportive team environment

What will you bring?

You will bring a genuine passion for plaintiff personal injury law, paired with strong technical foundations and a client first mindset. You will have experience managing matters end to end, delivering clear and empathetic advice, and confidently negotiating outcomes for your clients. You will enjoy building relationships, both with clients and referrers, and thrive in a collaborative, fast paced environment. You will be proactive, commercially aware, and motivated by achieving great results while making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
