Sky Point on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Functions & Events Supervisor to oversee the hands-on delivery of premium events from setup through pack-down.
You will lead the floor team, coordinate operation plans and maintain high service standards to ensure every guest experience is flawless.
You will liaise with clients on details, manage staffing, ensure HACCP compliance and safety, and work with the Food & Beverage operations team.
RSA is required; RMLV would be highly regarded.
