The role
- Run our crews on site day to day and lead from the front
- Plan the work ahead, raise issues early and keep the builder and office in the loop
- Keep sites safe, tidy and on program
- Deliver a finish we're all proud of
- Over time, take on more of the planning, programming and client side as you step into project management
Who we're looking for
- 3 to 5+ years as a foreman on commercial external concrete
- Strong in exposed aggregate, pavements, ramps, formwork and retaining walls
- Someone who leads by example, communicates clearly and wants to grow
- White Card, Working With Children Check, driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
What you get
- $110,000 to $130,000 salary plus super, depending on experience
