Our experienced, highly trained height safety specialists look after some of Australia’s largest and most prestigious buildings, and we have long-term relationships with most of the country’s major facilities management companies. We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Height Safety Installer / Labourer to join our Sydney team full-time.
About the role
You’ll work in a small, close-knit team reporting to our Construction Manager, installing height safety systems on sites across Sydney and regional NSW. Every job matters, because the systems you install keep people safe at height, and you’ll take pride in getting it right.
What you’ll do
- Install a range of height safety products, including horizontal lifelines, anchor points, ladders and walkways, using industry-leading brands such as KattSafe and SafetyLink.
- Work with your team to deliver each project correctly, efficiently and safely.
- Use a range of hand and power tools on active work sites.
- Work independently once fully trained.
About you
- At least 2 years’ experience on active work sites.
- Comfortable working at heights, and fit for manual handling.
- Hands-on, good on the tools and mechanically minded.
- Punctual and methodical, with pride in doing a great job.
- Good spoken and written English, so you can communicate clearly and safely on site.
- Happy to work overtime when needed, occasional weekends and some interstate travel.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
